This summer, Computational Thinkers is taking students to Silicon Valley in an effort to foster entrepreneurial skills and teach Disruptive Innovation Theory to Hawaii’s students. Disrupt Summer will be a three-week program that consists of two weeks of on-island instruction and one week with exclusive tours of innovative companies in Silicon Valley, California.
The mission of this program to instill entrepreneurial confidence in young students so they may think about and solve hard problems with and for their community with the help of technology, innovation, and computational thinking.
