Description

Course Description Icon

Java is at the heart of our digital lifestyle. It’s the platform for launching careers, exploring human-to-digital interfaces, architecting the world’s best applications, and unlocking innovation everywhere—from garages to global organizations.  Java, continues to be Inc.’s #1 top pick as one of the most popular programming languages, used for building server-side applications to video games and mobile apps.

This course consists of routine real world data challenges and is presented in a game like setting. Concepts covered will be necessary to master before applying for the AP Exam, held once a year in March.

    • Variable Creation
    • Data Types
    • Loop constructs (for and while)

YES.  As much as we would like, unfortunately upon completing this course, students are not quite 100% ready for the exam. This course should be followed by the APCS practice test prep, where the focus will be on ... well practicing questions: written and coding questions.
